As we step into 2026, we take a moment to reflect on a transformative year for CYJAX, defined by innovation, expansion, and a renewed sense of purpose. From bold rebranding and product evolution to major industry recognition, thought leadership, and commercial growth, 2025 marked a defining chapter in our journey to empower organisations to protect themselves from attack through analyst-enriched threat intelligence.

A Bold New Era: CYJAX 2.0

In September 2025, we unveiled CYJAX 2.0, a landmark rebrand symbolising our evolution and commitment to cutting through complexity in an ever-changing threat landscape.

The vibrant new identity, anchored in a dynamic lime green palette, represents growth, agility, and illumination, reflecting our mission to help organisations see clearly and act decisively against emerging cyber threats.

But CYJAX 2.0 is more than a rebrand. It’s a renewed vision for intelligence that is proactive, predictive, and seamlessly integrated into our clients’ operational workflows.

At its core, CYJAX 2.0 is designed for security leaders under constant pressure - overwhelmed by noise, constrained by resources, and expected to make fast, high-impact decisions.

Our analyst-enriched threat intelligence delivers validated, concise insights that cut through distraction and uncertainty, enabling teams to prioritise what truly matters.  

Rather than overwhelming organisations with fragmented data or costly, multi-serviced complexity, CYJAX works in true partnership with security teams, embedding intelligence into day-to-day operations and empowering swift, confident action when it matters most.

Product Innovation: Smarter, Faster, and More Connected

In 2025, CYJAX focused on strengthening the core of our platform to support long-term scale, resilience, and insight. We invested heavily in improving data depth, analytical capability, and infrastructure security ensuring our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients as threat landscapes and compliance expectations shift. These enhancements laid critical groundwork for faster innovation and expanded capabilities in the year ahead.

Throughout the year, we deepened our intelligence coverage across rapidly evolving threat areas. By expanding the breadth and depth of monitored activity, we provided customers with more comprehensive visibility into emerging risks supporting stronger situational awareness and more informed decision-making.

We also saw strong momentum in the second half of 2025, with weekly unique users rising 75% since May (when tracking began). Dashboard engagement accelerated as well, with a 49% increase in views, clear evidence of growing customer trust and platform value.

These milestones reflect our ongoing investment in creating intelligence tools that don’t just inform, they empower.

Commercial Momentum and Customer Growth

CYJAX’s client base continued to grow strongly throughout 2025, reflecting increasing market confidence, broader adoption, and expanding global reach. During the year, we celebrated a number of standout wins across sectors and regions, welcoming high-profile organisations including a global chemicals manufacturer, a European financial services provider, a Middle Eastern national utilities organisation, a leading UK transport authority, and an EU-level criminal intelligence and law enforcement body.  

This momentum was further accelerated through our partner ecosystem, with notable partner- and MSSP-led wins spanning a global investment management firm, a public-sector data and analytics organisation, and a UK-based IT services and solutions provider.

This momentum translated into our strongest year of new business revenue growth to date.

Our ongoing commitment to customer success has driven stronger partnerships, with many clients increasing their engagement across CYJAX’s services.  CYJAX supported organisations across critical national infrastructure, life sciences, government, financial services, media, and hospitality, spanning the UK, Europe, and global markets.

This growth highlights the value organisations place in our intelligence-led approach and our ability to adapt to their evolving security needs, supporting organisations worldwide across key sectors.  

People, Partnerships & Growth

Behind every achievement is our exceptional team.

In 2025, CYJAX continued to invest in people, welcoming new board members, investors, and talented hires from leading firms. We celebrated internal promotions, outstanding retention, and sustained engagement with our academic partners, including the University of York and Leeds Beckett University, bringing in three new interns through these collaborations.

Diversity and inclusion remain central to who we are. Our team now represents over five nationalities, with 37% female employees and 33% female representation in senior leadership, an important reflection of our commitment to building an inclusive cybersecurity industry and ensuring that diverse voices lead the change

2025 also brought an impressive eNPS score of +62, more than double the B2B SaaS industry benchmark of +30, underscoring exceptional employee satisfaction and alignment across the business, and reflecting the collaborative culture that powers CYJAX’s success.

Showcasing Leadership Across th Industry

One of the most exciting highlights of 2025 was our debut as exhibitors at Infosecurity Europe, a defining milestone for CYJAX.

Over three action-packed days, our team engaged in meaningful conversations, hosted insightful sessions, and forged valuable new connections across the cybersecurity community.

CYJAX also recorded the highest number of meetings of any exhibitor, as confirmed by event organisers, a remarkable achievement for a first-time participant. The event also generated over 1,100 leads for CYJAX, underscoring the strong market demand for our solutions.

As part of the official conference programme, Chris Spinks, Head of Operations, and Joe Wrieden, Cyber Threat Intelligence Team Lead, delivered a powerful session titled:

“From SOC to C-Suite: Going from Threat Intelligence to Board Intelligence.”

From global expos to high-level summits, CYJAX’s presence was felt across key cybersecurity events in 2025:

• Channel-Sec 2025 – We were thrilled to be part of this key industry event, where the best in cybersecurity came together to discuss the future of the channel.

• TLC Connect | CISO Series: London Edition – We shared insights on threat intelligence, resilience, and proactive defence with senior security leaders.

• Economic Crime Congress 2025 – Hosted by UK Finance, this event brought together government, regulators, law enforcement, and technology leaders to tackle economic crime collaboratively.  

• Black Hat Europe (December 2025) – We closed the year by engaging with the world’s leading cybersecurity minds at one of the industry’s most influential events.
